A recent survey, commissioned by Icelandair, of American adults who have used Wi-Fi at least once in the last 12 months, revealed:
· 66% are influenced by Wi-Fi availability when booking flights
· 22% deliberately paid more for a flight knowing Wi-Fi would be available
· 45% of people are willing to go through TSA security twice in exchange for more reliable in-flight Wi-Fi.
Would you give your confirmed flight ticket for a standby ticket on a flight that had faster Wi-Fi? We found 29% of people would!
